Clinical evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment of chronic forms of periodontitis using transchannel laser non-pigmented photoablation

Aim . Comparative evaluation of the effectiveness treatment chronic forms periodontitis using a new technology transcanal laser pigmentless photoablation and classical surgical techniques for periapical lesions with odonto-preserving operations. Materials methods. The was carried out in 40 patients on 64 teeth. All were divided into 2 groups – main group comparison 20 each. In group, use transchannel photoablation, techniques. immediate long-term results evaluated according to clinical radiological signs. Results 3rd day, noted presence pain 3.3 times less, hyperemia 6.4 edema 5.3 less than traditional procedures. X-ray 12 months after complete recovery observed 1.46 more cases control group. Conclusions Our studies confirm expediency periodontitis.
